The challenges

Endless list There is a lot of "documentation" showing their attempts to help you but it is all on paper, no genuine efforts to assist. Very low level of support and understanding from management. You are expected to be perfect 100% of the time. KPI's are generally easy to meet once you are comfortable with the job but no recognition for it. Outside of work life needs to be beyond amazing to help with coping with the job. Need to have a strong stomach for the constant yelling from customers. Overall it pays the bills and nothing more.
