Fantastic team with a fresh look at business in the software space, The right person with shared passions will flourish here and enjoy a longstanding career.

The good things
The team are fantastic and hungry for growth, The roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and management are incredibly supportive of their team and peers to ensure that everyone feels passionate and fulfilled. They're driven to see deliverables and are agile in identifying what the move is. I loved my time with this team.
The challenges
Unless you have a passion or motivation for Proptech or Real Estate it is challenging to stay engaged and passionate. But if you're able to find that motivation then this company will do whatever they can to best support you on your career path in this space.

A good stepping stone. Potentially a good career option if you are lucky enough to be in the right position and don't rock the boat or long for improvements/change. Too silo'd and cloudy of a workplace while management only think about pleasing the company and not leading/enabling their staff.

The good things
1. Work from home - though parent US company is pushing for more to be back in the office. 2. Most of the people across the organisation are friendly and inviting. 3. Good brand name.
The challenges
1. Poor pay. 2. Poor career progression. 3. No real structured career development. 4. Unrealistic expectations for some (with no thanks) while others do nothing. 5. Terrible hire decisions, but perhaps there's a lack of applications. 6. No transparency across job titles or business groups. 7. Silo'd structure. 8. Rushed projects. 9. No real direction from many of the groups. 10. Legacy processes with no owners. 11. Some useless low/middle management 12. Dozens of products that have been acquired and not substantially updated in decades. Products are inconsistent. Different teams working on similar products, but in different ways. 13. HR initiatives are virtue signalling at most.

Learnt lots, but got burnt out !

The good things
Hard working and friendly employees. Teamwork and the fast pace environment.
The challenges
High Turnover. Snr Management and Execs are driven by overbearing US parent co. Some managers are in their roles due to tenure or attrition, not because they were the right leaders.
