Terrible management. No job security. Most toxic company to work for. No body is ever happy and is extremely bitter to each-other. If you need help, you won’t receive help, you’ll just be made fun of instead.

Most painful place I've ever worked in, stay away

No management, workshop staff run the workshop and management would just put up with it, management had no control over what happened and would just blame the easiest target and bu easiest target are the people who wouldn't stand up from themselves.

Some of the people aren't bad

The challenges

Poor management, low salary, no incentive to work hard. Management will hire people with 0 experience in the field and not train them just to fill holes. People who work less than you and have less time with the company will get paid more than you.

Made a few good friends.

The challenges

Poor pay. Toxic work environment. Not much training given at all. Most things I had to learn by myself. Long hours. Not much time for a personal life outside of work. Would not recommend.
