Hight turnover of professionals in the field is what they are experiencing in last couple of years due to bad management. They call it “Ecolab one team” and some workers get bonus and others not within the team! Micromanagement is what you’ll experience from your team. Seriously, you can’t survive in such environment!

There is an atmosphere of \"Not my job, not my problem\" attitude specially among managers. Budgets changes every month making it very difficult to achieve. This directly affects the bonuses which seem to be controlled by management to favour the one they think have done a good job. Salary is very low to start Budgets are very hard to achieve - well it is kind like a Roulette - so it is really a hit and miss thing despite the planning.
