Good small company that's getting better.
The good things
Good team of techs. Mostly younger who are good to get along with. Plenty of oppurtunity for development if you show you can work hard.
The challenges
Small company so not the highest payrate in the industry. A few perks here and there to kind of make up for it.

Management. HR. Supervisors. No stock. Terrible benefits. No appreciation for going above and beyond. Take way more than they give. Wouldn’t recommend this unless it was a final resort.
