Great environment to work in as part of a collaborative team in a supportive culture.

The good things
Freedom Foods is a dynamic place to work, where no day is ever the same. The challenge of learning new skills and the reward that comes along with it is the most fulfilling part of the role. Freedom gives every employee enough chance for individual growth and development and the company looks to train staff and promote from within, from Administrative Roles to Leadership positions. The way that they support Australian Industries is amazing and there should be more recognition for it!!!
The challenges
With such a fast growing and innovative company, some the systems currently in place will need to be expanded in their capabilities to stay on the trajectory of where the company is heading.

Great people, but the company has lost their way. They act like a small private business, but they are now a publicly listed business and need to grow up.

The good things
The people you directly work with are fantastic
The challenges
Management cannot make decisions. They don't know what they want, nor what is important, ignoring what would be a great benefit and focusing on the wrong things

Freedom Foods Group is a rapidly growing and dynamic Company that I am proud to be a part of!

The good things
Working at Freedom Foods has been an experience like no other, it is energetic, fast paced with a culture that brings everyone together. We work collaboratively to constantly challenge and push our limits, with innovation at the heart of what we do every voice is heard; regardless of what team you are a part of. As the Company continues to grow so do its people, with opportunities for career development available for those who are ambitious and passionate.
The challenges
The growing pains that come with being such a fast-paced and innovative Company, but for those who thrive in this environment it is a rewarding challenge that will excel your career.

Being a member of a family of diverse and equal members who collaborate willingly to challenge the norm to create the amazing.

The good things
Freedom Foods not only leads the marketplace in food and beverage it is also a leader with people. No matter the role or seniority of the position you are valued and respected. Equality and diversity are respected not only culturally but personally. I love the vibe of excellence and the expectation of success. Management expects fresh ideas and innovative behaviors. Teams really are teams with collaboration an ideal.
The challenges
The vibe also creates inherent issues for those who may not work well in an environment of constant change. If you are one who likes the same regime daily then Freedom isn't for you. If you like the big wave surfing experience or fingertips on a cliff kind of challenges its perfect. Not that its risky or lacking control its the opposite. Freedom is confident and strong-willed taking strong challenges and forcing change. The challenge is having enough personal confidence to collaborate and open your mind to amazing people doing amazing things.

A fast growing business that will help you to grow with it.

The good things
Freedom is a fast paced rapidly expanding company. Its now the fastest growing FMCG business within the food sector in Australia.
The challenges
It takes a little while to adapt to the change from large corporate to a highly dynamic business like Freedom Foods but once you have made that change you will find that its really refreshing to be able to get things done quickly.
