Overall up and down however there are more up days than downers.

The good things
Comrades you make good friends ,but unfortunately once they leave you lose them, because they forget you are on a 4x4 roster and can't be bothered in the end.
The challenges
Training others to have them leave.

Manager of Professional and Specialist Services
Jun 2016

Thouroughly enjoyed my initial years and my interactions with the majority of people who have integrity and values

The good things
The management in place pre the fall in Iron Ore price was great. However, internal empire building between nationalities saw a rapid decline in capability, trust and ethics. Staff turnover increased dramatically as the good staff who could get other positions left, and others were retrenched
The challenges
Hopefully the Company can survive the downfall of the Iron Ore price and the current management structure
