The good things
The people I work with. The importance being placed the health and well being of ALL team members. New direction to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
The challenges
Educating customers to read the start date of a cataolgue so they don't come in two days before and demand the sale price because they have the catalogue in their hands. They also need to keep their receipt as POP for returns especially if faulty because the supplier requires it for claims.
