Worst company I have ever worked for.

The good things
The only good thing about iCare is that they allowed the majority of staff to work from home. However, their IT Support staff on the Service Desk were treated like garbage and no one cared about their wellbeing.
The challenges
Poor management. Staff are and have been treated poorly. Unless you are willing to turn a blind eye to what is really happening in that organisation you won’t last long.
