The good things
Everyone is incredibly friendly and approachable! They are really big on personal development and growth and on making you the best version of you. Monthly activities makes it great to get to know your fellow employees in a non work sense and a great way to blow off steam.
Agency life also means that no two days are the same and if you embrace the chaos its a perfect environment as you are always able to learn new things and grow! The can-do attitude of the whole company is like no where I've worked before and I absolutely love the culture!
The challenges
Its an agency so at times you are under the pump with a lot of work and at others everything is a bit quieter. The fast pace can be a bit overwhelming at times but everyone is their to support you through it!

Great place to advance/refine your career in digital marketing. The management and senior staff are extremely knowledgeable and work closely with junior/new staff. The company culture is positive and inclusive, and there are loads of smart people to surround yourselves with. A+
The challenges
King Kong is Australia's leading digital marketing agency, with many domestic and international clients. If you're not prepared to work towards goals and contribute to the team/results, KK is probably not suitable for you.

The good things
Working in King Kong is like having a company as your hype man. There is always an opportunity for growth because there's always something new to learn in your role, especially joining as a junior where my team has been amazing because they're the best people who are very sweet and helpful plus we all share a passion for competitive ping pong during breaks lol. The grass is greener here when it comes to culture.
The challenges
Nothing that's too challenging at the moment because my team is always there to assist me. So probably just Salary negotiation which can be difficult anywhere.

The challenge for me is that I am really new to this field and it is pretty hard for me to keep up with the fast-paced working culture in King Kong. But nevertheless, I really enjoyed the challenge because it made me a better specialist.
