Local Area Coordinator

Jun 2021

The most toxic work environment I’ve ever been in

The good things

The challenges

Lack of support, leadership group if you could call it that, management don’t care about staff, they give you unattainable targets, they lack of understanding of the role, you can not ask for assistance in this workplace - management will ignore you and make it your fault. Do not work here if you care about having a healthy work/life balance. They will run you into the ground
