Great work/life balance with hard work recognised

The good things

I have seen a few negative comments, but I think a lot has changed in the last 18 months. The current managers and CEO are very personable, driven and are innovative thinkers. The work environment is friendly, and you can rely on others for assistance/collaboration. Ultimately you get out what you put in, and if you work hard you will be rewarded.
