Wouldn't ever align myself with LJH ever again,, stuck in the 80s and rowing with one paddle. Lots of better franchises to go with.

If I could've stayed, I would've, nothing will beat the experience I've had with LJHooker Karratha and I'll miss it 100%.
The good things
There is nothing to fault with my experience with LJHooker in Karratha. The team is friendly, encouraging and highly supportive.
The challenges
Any challenge I was faced with I was greatly supported by my colleagues and was always encouraged to ask any and every question.

Some staff put up with a lot of bad management but those staff were generally good people

No support from Management. They expect more than what is appreciated. And no care regarding family life.
