Great business for those who love to work hard and who are obsessed with fashion.

The good things

Large teams, able to work comfortably when it's busy. Always heaps of work to do, never bored. Moderate product discount - you have to wear only Mimco shoes and jewellery.

The challenges

Very low salaries, that are non negotiable. No penalties and hours change to suit the business without warning (unfortunate if you have other commitments). Too many promotions and sales organised last minute - not enough time to set up or staff. High company expectations for management, can easily get overwhelming and you can feel alienated.
