Over all good, would I go back probably not

Great work-life balance in terms of not being expected to work late

The challenges

rolling 3-month contracts, no knowing if you will have a job at the end of it until a few days before, outdated tech and no WFH days

Very hard to answer if there were good things. Some colleagues were good to work with, others made life harder than it should be.

The challenges

Fighting to be heard. Managements lack of care. Toxic Culture.

not too worse but won't be a place to stay in long run, for the work load, maybe go somewhere else that have a better pay

The good things

Co-worker are nice, have 1 day work from home option, yearly pay review

The challenges

Pay at the bottom line of scale for the amount of work you need to do, no pay for overtime work, at the beginning everything are nice and sweet, slowly after few months micro-managing kicked in, no emotional support from upper level when things are hard or when you gets mistreated from worker from another department

Ive enjoyed my time at Monadelphous and would highly recommend anyone looking for a career not just a job to apply.

The good things

The tenure of the team here is extremely long, with multiple employees in the team here being 10 years plus - this says a lot about the management and culture. Management is extremely supportive there are good procedures in place. For those who put in the effort there is every opportunity to succeed and have a long and successful careeer at Monadelphous.

The challenges

During busy periods its hectic - but what workplace isnt!
