Sure your always busy but isn't that what work is all about. The bonus is you get to be busy for a company that appreciates your efforts and provides a pleasant, safe environment to come to work everyday.
The good things
Management genuinely cares for your health and wellbeing of staff. Working with a diverse group of people who like to have a laugh at work but are also happy to get the job done.
The challenges
On street parking would be the biggest issue.

Lack of leadership from Senior Management, Low Salary compared to other employers, Lowest Superannuation paid by Company compared to other employers, when I worked there you work 6 days straight and if your sales were good you got 2 RDO's per month. Heaps of better jobs around if you look around.

Never a dull day in the car industry.
The good things
The best thing about working at Motorama is the staff you meet / work with along the way. Doesn't matter which dealership or department everyone is as friendly and outgoing as all our customers see us to be. Could not ask for a better team.
The challenges
We get busy towards the end of every month. That's the only challenge that could come to mind. As long as you have a good work ethic and love a fast paced environment this will be no challenge at all!
