Very $ driven company, little regard seems to be given for whoever is run into the ground in order to make that extra sale.
Sales dominated work environment, sales often making unrealistic promises to customers, then blaming the warehouse staff when they don't happen.
Management hopelessly out of touch with staff, they don't listen and labels anyone who "rocks the boat" a troublemaker.
Poor pay, low and not very motivating.
Poor work life balance.
Often had to skip lunch breaks and work extra hours due to workload.
No cohesion, there was a very strong sense of "Us and them" between departments.
