A passionate organisation with a mission to enrich the community through netball.

The good things
Excellent opportunities to work with grassroots community netball through to elite level netball with the Adelaide Thunderbirds. Staff are passionate about the sport and the benefits that it brings to the community. Management encourages differences of opinion and is focused on continuous improvement.
The challenges
The sports industry is challenging in that working out of hours and on weekends is the norm. Netball SA is cognisant of this and provides flexible working hours and time off in lieu. Working in a not for profit environment always comes with resourcing challenges, but this encourages innovation and creative problem solving.
