If residential suits the family, then it maybe a good prospect. I'm glad to tick off the Kalgoorlie chapter. If it doesn't suit your family and/or they refuse to relocate, then don't take the role. Life's too short without the support of family and friends.
The good things
I liked working at Northern Star Resources. Good people and social network if you live in Kalgoorlie.
The challenges
Management and seniors should be encouraged to complete an AIM management course to ensure skills align and comply with internal and external stakeholder expectations. F1 Challenge should be an active goal within each department.
