'Pleasent worldwide company to work for with jobs available worldwide'Warrington, United Kingdom — 2 years ago

The good things

Medical & Dental insurance as a standard benefit company wide. A strong atmosphere of customer service standards and good quality development.

The challenges

Sometimes the amount of calls forecast was different to the staff roistered for that shift.

'Worth the experience and the money'Nunawading, Victoria, Australia — 2 years ago

The good things

Many people to interact with, the employers were friendly and willing to take the time to teach and train. Good sense of community and challenges.

The challenges

Early starts were a bit difficult to get into but eased over the time. Short breaks ad repetitive work became a bit boring but was fine for the duration.
