Dull and isolated.

The good things

Being able to support wonderful charities and the industry discount on books

The challenges

Dull environment, you will spend most of your days staring at a screen with hardly any social engagement. That, and there is a huge cultural issue we have had over 40 people leave alone this year and no one has addressed this or replaced, instead roles get absorbed into existing roles. Leadership team is not qualified to be in their roles, minus sales, parent company should axe the lot of them.
