never want to go back, all they care about is saving cost on staff no mater how much money they make

The good things
meet nice colleagues
The challenges
the management always thinking use minimum staff to do maximum workload to make most money. staff are struggling with workload and customer complaining with the waiting time. lots of machines keep broken and take long time to be fixed which create more stress for staff on duty.

F&B Attendent

Torquay VIC, Australia

Until upper management decides to get their act together, I wouldn't recommend anything more than a casual position

The good things
- Very flexible working hours - Great F&B staff - Consistent shifts - Friendly customers
The challenges
- Incredibly frustrating upper management - Unpunished sloppiness - Massive communication issues between different areas of the Hotel - Very low quality control
