Nothing but praise....

The good things
You get out what you put in. I have never been happier at work, can't wait to get there every day, fast paced and full of variety. I feel appreciated for the effort that I put in, and get praise on a daily basis. There is freedom to grow intellectually, and learning new things every day. I love what I do and don't want to change, but if I did, the opportunity is there and supported. My direct supervisor is awesome, and I feel very fortunate to work for a company that cares so much for the welfare of their customers, and staff. Our department runs like a well oiled machine, we openly communicate between each other, and any issues are resolved immediately. Pharmacare is a great company to work for. The benefits they offer their staff are amazing, there is no shortage of pampering with on sight gym, Barista, Staff shop, loads of freebies of new products. Pharmacare also does a lot to support the community, they are extremely generous people.
The challenges
It depends on your perspective.

Has the potential to be a good place to work with major changes to management style and process are required.

The good things
Facilities and gymnasium. Colleagues.
The challenges
Processes need streamlining and updating. Little trust placed on employees, layers of approval required to get things done. Remuneration very low given the workload and expectation.
