This opportunity has made me grow as a person in & out side of my carer.

The good things
I enjoy how this Position is a high interaction with people, I like the fact that you can help people if it is just a phone call or starting them on new classes or programs.
The challenges
I would only say the challenges are when member do not read the Terms and Conditions.

Poor salary and management

The good things
Great work life balance with rostered hours.
The challenges
Often difficult to work with current franchisee to build the gym to the greatest it can be. Members blame staff for bad gym maintenance but it usually is due to the franchisees interest in saving any penny possible. It’s not flexible if you can’t work a shift. If you can’t find a shift replacement you need to work the shift as the gym cannot go unstaffed. We also are not given commission for sales which is a big downfall as staff aren’t motivated to get sales.

Management and being a franchise
