Don't waste your time working for this company.

The good things

It is not a coincidence that since the rebranding of this property most of the staff has quited (even without having a new job) and new staff don't last more than a couple of months (including managers).

The challenges

No structure at all. Very bad management. Extremely disorganized.

No work/life balance Executive management does not care about operational staff as they no longer deal with customers themselves, along with unrealistic expectations they get from Hotel owners they're trying to please Old building with safety concerns that Engineering does nothing about
