It's not all bad, but just wasn't for me, lots of good mechanics are happy all be it under oppressive leadership

The brand is trusted in WA, and has alot of power in the state, lots of onboarding and associated training at the start

Profits driven, quantity over quality, tired old ill-equipped poorly maintained workshops, prohobitive safety procedures that actually induce other safety related issues, VERY loud workshops
