Assistant Brand Manager
Nov 2019
Sydney NSW, Australia
1 to 2 years in the role, former employee

\"Work hard, play hard\" - It's not for everyone, but if you are willing to put in the hours and work, you will learn a lot.

The good things
Lots of responsibility and ownership from day 1, you will learn a LOT in a short period of time, super fast paced environment, if you thrive in this type of environment then you can progress quickly. Everyone is very young (20-35) and you get to make lifelong friends.
The challenges
high pressure environment, long work hours, \"Speed over perfection\", can be political.
