Management is a joke. Very unprofessional.
The good things
I liked most of the people in the team that I was working with. Enjoy interactions and delivering care to consumers.
The challenges
MANAGEMENT!! Unsupportive, calculating, just a number etc etc. Due to lack of management my workplace was an accident waiting to happen.

People you work with but like any work place you'll find good people so this isn't that much of a positive
The challenges
Poor management. Zero career progression or development opportunities in the administrative stream. Complete and utter waste of time. Knowledge gets you nowhere, you're actually better off being useless. Seems to pay more
