If you are looking to start your career, this is one of the best place. After few years of experience, you will be of no value.

The good things
Had good flexible working
The challenges
No career progression, it is only for management. No recognition. Management do not care about employees

RMA operator, Storeperson, Forklift operator
Jan 2023
Ingleburn NSW 2565
More than 12 years in the role

I'm started with pick/packer at 2008, shift changed from day, afternoon, night within 7.5 years at outbound; found opportunity switch to inbound as shipment check-in and skill up challenge became RMA authority operator and customer care supporter with 6 years. Good experiences there.

The good things
Good culture, friendly team members, good permanent employee e-learning system, flexible switch department, up skills always have opportunity.
The challenges
Too much casual/contractors, real challenge if you want skills up yourself for good position and new role offer.

Indirect Procurement Category Buyer (Manager)
Oct 2022
Macquarie Park NSW 2113
3 to 4 years in the role

BEST - I have learned and experienced so much in SE. Great people make great company - it's so true with respect to my experience. Got to learn and grow in SE from my Procurement peers, managers, leaders, stakeholders, finance, legal etc.

The good things
Best people, best management, NO micromanagement, awesome work-life balance. As long as you do your work, meet your goals, stakeholders and business are happy - it's all matters. Flexibility - Work from home, or work in office - easy to manage in Schneider.
The challenges
Some approvals take lot of time as it needs to be aligned a lot with global strategy and directions. Multiple people are involved in approvals and reviews - different opinions, different views - bit challenging and time consuming to keep them aligned. Meeting Salary expectations as per market rate. It takes lot of time to review and approve.
