We are fortunate to have some great people both staff and customers we support at Scope. It is unfortunate that not all of your experience has been positive. Scope is committed to continuous improvement and so I would like to invite you if you're comfortable to contact me confidentially to provide more feedback. I can be contacted at tpyle@scopeaust.org.au
