Supportive culture, lack of opportunities to progress

The good things
Tolerant, friendly, supportive culture. Relatively small company so you get exposure to a lot of functions, lean operation. Great place to learn at early stage of your career.
The challenges
Flat organizational structure, little room to progress for middle managers. Top management heavily influenced by Tokyo HQ. Lack of structured learning and development for staff.
