Started a dream, ended a nightmare.

The good things
As long as you are in the right job with the right people, everything will be fine.
The challenges
A toxic 'positivity' culture which means the company is incapable of explaining things openly and clearly. It will always default to defending itself first and foremost, regardless of the human cost.

Amazing culture, welcoming and friendly people, great work-life balance.

I love working at SCA, the people are super welcoming and the culture is great. It's nice to work for a company that prioritises innovation and cares for the growth and wellbeing of it's employees.
The challenges
There are a lot of different processes to learn, but the company has an extensive onboarding program so you're supported and encouraged during the journey.

The good things
Good job security, opportunity to try different positions within the company, good work/home life balance, ability to work independently but within a team.
The challenges
Don't really have anything to put because everything can be discussed with my managers and is usually resolved.
