One of the worst role for cleaners. No career growth, and management also interferes whatever you do, even they never work in the same field.

Good employees, you can make good friends

All the supervisors of the company will come during your shift and advice you differently for the same task. there's no help from them during pressure time.

This position offers an outstanding work-life balance, allowing for autonomy and independent thinking. However, recent changes by the new management have disrupted my workflow, assigning tasks I believe should be handled by licensed contractors. Addressing these concerns could further improve the overall work environment.

The good things

The work-life balance in this position is truly outstanding. The job offers a refreshing lack of micromanagement, providing ample space for independent thinking and the freedom to act autonomously.

The challenges

The newly appointed management under my supervision has implemented changes that I find unnecessary for my workflow. I'm now assigned tasks that, in my opinion, should be carried out by licensed contractors.

Head office only care about profits at the expence of employees, if your pay is incorrect, you will wait at minnuim till the next pay peroid if not longer.
