CEO need role models not safety icons, to assist him in achieving and buildings Ng a safe work environment. Injuries and incidents are all preventable the workforce needs to take ownership of their own safety leed by example and live and work safe flight
The good things
For a gov based business they are OK but has a high number of old CS Energy deadwood sitting in vital key positions qualifications for the job they sit in or block, nut are no good in the position they sit
The challenges
New blood new ideas and a new generation of go getters that can lift Stanwell to great heights we need to focus on continuous improvement not dribble over it but empower people with the vision and ability to focusonnsuccess
