Social group that works together and plays together

The good things
Different every day even if you're doing the same job. The different types of jobs. Every morning we go to the cafe for coffee together. The first place I worked where they celebrate your birthday and the training is great. You actually work with the boss when you start.
The challenges
Some long days when there is a late flood. But at least everyone comes to help

It's a great start and I'm looking forward to more.

The good things
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the opportunity to liaise with our nationwide team (40 locations!). The collaborative efforts across geographical boundaries have been instrumental in sharing insightful stories about the impactful work we do. We are stepping up our digital marketing efforts, refining strategies, and embracing innovative approaches - these are fun projects to work on. I'm lucky enough to have the ultimate work-life balance. I work full-time in HO but I'm still home for family, dinner and sporting commitments.
The challenges
With most digital marketing there is a balance between content delivery and client confidentiality.
