Never again. Glad I left.

The good things
The team was great. Great people to work with.
The challenges
Never-ending restructures and changing demands. All of this filtered down to the staff providing services to NDIS participants.

Glad to be leaving like many others through the revolving door

The good things
Work life balance and some friendly staff
The challenges
"Benevolent" is directed to their clients, expect the oppsite when it comes to treatment of their staff. Staff are burnt out due to ridiculous expectations working on prjects leading no where.

Terrible. Management are disgraceful. I don’t come to work to deal with workplace politics.

The good things
Supportive colleagues
The challenges
Management is absolutely terrible. Power hungry, controlling, micromanaging, making you feel on edge. Lack of empathy to staff and clients. No support provided. Shocking workplace politics.

Good money for new career therapist. Not even worth the time as their salary caps out at around 2 years plus experience.

The good things
They provide full pay during lockdown
The challenges
Management would rather paint walls than buy equipment needed to offer therapeutic services to clients. Expect therapist to bring in their own equipment. More interested in virtual signaling and internet activism than actually providing the best care possible to their clients.

Initially it was all well and good but few months in and original colours of the organisation was seen. The benevolent society couldn't care less about staff safety even after multiple incidents, and they like saying that they are focused on staff safety and work life balance which is a load of crap You won't get the opportunities to grow professionally and personally until unless you fight for what you deserve from long. No exit interview was conducted, no thanks and makes you feel like garbage

The good things
Salary packaging and the team I was working with
The challenges
Everything. Work life balance is tremendously poor.
