Strong culture of knowledge-sharing and support across junior planners through senior staff. Working alongside landscape and design professionals to obtain candid input and perspectives on project outcomes.

Lack of process enforcement, people aren’t held accountable. Valuing senior staff can come at the expense of junior staff.
