High stress environment. Wouldn't recommend.

The good things
Lots of tools to assist you in the role. Great product offering to customers.
The challenges
Working in sales had it's highs and lows. Unfortunately, changes in the parent company caused Upstream's own culture to die out. As such turnover has been rampant. Management need to re-engage with their team, motivate and understand what really drives a good office culture.

No Salary Increases, no yearly cpi adjustments, no EBA.

The good things
A Fujixerox company, pays more than other competitors 5 years ago, had a good management 7 years ago.
The challenges
An external Fujixerox company, no salary reviews in place, non supportive team management, no clear direction atm due to changes in the mother company.

This was a great company, that is currently experiencing a lot of change.

The good things
Very friendly, caring staff. Collaborative culture, good communication from middle management.
The challenges
Salary is low. Change resistance. Unclear direction from Senior Management.

The friendly culture and agile approach that made us so successful has slowly been replaced with red tape and powerless management.

The good things
The blitz spirit is strong. We pool together and try our best to get things achieved.
The challenges
That spirit as waining as the parent company tightens its grip. Resources are stretched to the limit and good people are leaving because of it.

A company with great opportunities.

The good things
An innovative company with industry leading solutions. The advantage of being part of Fuji Xerox but still operating as an autonomous subsidiary is unique. The collaborative team culture made for a great working environment.
The challenges
The overall industry is changing and even though Upstream is better than most, the pressure on margins and the ability to generate new business is significant.
