Pathetic management structure.

The great people you get to work with.
The challenges
The appalling attitude of management. The lack of respect shown to the staff, and the constant mismanagement of the rosters. Complete disregard for the well being of the staff.

I know i am a great traffic controller nd im easy to work with everyone around me I'll have to make sure i there to do my job to make sure everyone is at safe at work your work mates the public nd all the workers etc

I enjoy working with great nd honest people enjoy working with a great company love weekend work nd just love working i really enjoyed
The challenges
It's so difficult when you have to sit around at home nd have to ring up your work almost everyday if they have work for you it is very stressful

Don’t care about their employees

A handful of the employees are joyous to work with
The challenges
Management needs an overhaul, employee retention is terrible and the salary is well below average. When an employee leaves other employees are expected to take on the extra work, doing hours of overtime without compensation or acknowledgment of it.

Enjoyed most working with the team and being able to support each other. Enjoyed the cross-training provided.
The challenges
Challenging periods as the flow of work would change dependant on the time of year/ month and current works.

Working for verifact was a terrific experience and I do it all again if my licence hadn't expired

Moving around to different places not always standing in the one place all day great team all friendly

Hot during summer and if no toilet than you have to hold for a while
