Toxic workplace.
The good things
You only work a 9 day fortnight
You don't need to work real hard to get paid
The challenges
Far too top heavy with poor communication and disorganisation.
You mightn't get the job you actually applied for because when you start they change their minds on what they actually want you to do.

I enjoyed the work itself and building friendships with fellow staff.

Aged Care is a clique environment. Low wage, unmotivated staff so always getting called in to fill shifts.

Not a good company to work for I wouldn’t recommend them

Learnt how to manage time skills , how to use different machinery
The challenges
Some work was hard and I wouldn’t say there an equal opportunity company more men nearly no woman, working in hot dry conditions

The people. Toxic culture. Absolutely no career development, no staff involvement, low morale, very backwards thinking organisation. The culture is so horrifically toxic, everyone is depressed and miserable.
