No culture and support, not a very nice company to work for. Wouldn't recommend working for the business. Theres other businesses who are more friendly where there's more support and care.

The good things
Unfortunately there weren't any good things.
The challenges
No work life balance, 3 months of the year are black out period when. Management are very strict with when you take your annual leave. Lots go gossiping and unprofessional management. No culture and support, not a very nice company to work for.

a great place to work if you do not mind a slow quiet job

The good things
great team, very relaxed, and friendly work environment.Good rewards and benefits for workers
The challenges
can be boring when the shop is quiet. Head management didn't seem to care when people quit nor would honor people's hour requests to make it work

It was OK.

The good things
The people I worked with were awesome. The job itself was pretty easy work. KPI's were easy to reach.
The challenges
hardly any hours if you are casual. 3 a week is not enough.

Beautiful products that sell themselves. Just go with the flow.

The good things
Amazing product that sells itself. KPI's are easy as long as the shopping centre is busy. Store staff are lovely and wonderful to work with, a real team environment within each store. Stores aren't pitted against each other for KPI's. Managers build you up rather than put you down.
The challenges
It's upper managements way, or the highway. There is no room to showcase your ideas or attributes within the store, even the store manager doesn't get a say in layout / stock / presentation etc and has no input. Just do as they say and you'll cruise along.

It's a job like any other - the people are it's greatest asset.

The good things
Friendly people, including company owners. Flexibility of working hours allowed me time to attend Uni - would not yet have my undergrad degree were this not the case.
The challenges
Poor communication between some members of staff has occasionally resulted in extra work being required. A reluctance to spend money where required has meant that instead of operating like the multi-million dollar company we should be, we're more like a two-bit amateur operation.
