By the book, good to work with, safety is 75 percent up to scratch

The good things

I was promised several tickets, and I was in charge of organising my training, when I did it , payed single time for training which is good. They came good on the tickets and some extra ones. And I was also offered full time after proving myself

The challenges

Some one has to die before full-time positions available, very hard to get
