Not great overall… I think you need to be a VERY specific type of person to fit in here… don’t have any physical or emotional issues

The good things
Salary package was pretty good
The challenges
Thrown in the deep end and expected to pick up things quickly without proper training or introduction. Still very archaic in mindset Gave a false sense of job security whilst having a lack of understanding for personal circumstances. Found that there were no transferrable skills within the environment as the whole organisation is still in the dark ages

Avoid if you can! Wish I never left my last job for this!

The good things
Not much. Sometimes can work with good people. Knock off time (when you can actually take it).
The challenges
Poor salary. Poor management. No opportunities. Expected to work back with no pay or time in lieu. Want you to go above and beyond but never anything received back. Starting to fill the department with school leavers who don't know any better and won't speak up. Huge trust issues with staff working from home.

It’s a job nothing special

The good things
Taking holidays is the only good thing.
The challenges
Management not training their staff the right way and finding ways to blame the staff for not knowing what to do… when they haven’t been properly trained.

A good stepping stone for newer people within the industry, need to pay better though if they want to hold onto staff.

The good things
Very flexible work/life balance
The challenges
Salaries are well below the average for any role within this company
