Great company, bad management.

The good things
Great relationship with the service managers and customers
The challenges
The hand over from previous account manager was below average, once I started trimming out the inflated pipeline things became frosty with my manager.

Engineers come and go.

The good things
most of work colleagues are great.
The challenges
Company is not merely focus on engineers who do the job. They are more focus on sales where their product can be installed. This means, engineers come and go.

Disappointing

The good things
A few people trying to change things for the better, although impeded by most others.
The challenges
Overall management. HR absolutely useless. Only good person left. Clunky operations still feels like a company stuck in the 80s. Mentality to do huge hours no worklife balance.

Pathetic Experience

The good things
A lot of areas the organisation can develop into, good work if the management allows you to contribute
The challenges
Micromanagement, No autonomy in work, Negative outlook towards new employees, zero empowerment through training and no on boarding.
