Head office
Jul 2023
Rosebery NSW 2018

It used to be a great company. But new management made it impossible to grow and develop there. There needs to be more inclusivity and promoting from within.

The good things
Good staff discount. Nice office.
The challenges
Very clicky and only promote people who fit a certain mould. Even if you do your job really well. Management try to keep you from progressing, even when you want to learn and grow more. They want to keep you below them.

Work always come first.

The good things
Working with beautiful clothing and very detailed product knowledge and care guidelines.
The challenges
No respect for work/life balance, your job is expected to always be number one priority. Management are clearly under a lot of pressure, resulting in little patience for mistakes or training. Workplace can be very cliquey.

Overall enjoyable, however ignorance and arrogance concluded my time with the company.

The good things
The team work ethic is amazing and incomparable.
The challenges
A question is considered as arguing, and you fight for something, you're blacklisted.

Bitter sweet. Great experience for only a year before some staff members higher up take you for granted and their becomes no growth ( even when asked several times for a review of your work ) instead they focus and spend their energy on gossiping about ot

The good things
Working with casual employees, who are amazing at their job and should be also rewarded more.
The challenges
Regional Management, not following correct procedures regarding contracts, moving of stores, after hours calls. Trying to not cause conflict but on the other hand get treated poorly.
