About the role  

Dodo Digital Signage is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our staff in North Sydney on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties and responsibilities include:   

  • Answer all incoming phone calls and emails from our clients  
  • Greet customers face to face   
  • Process customer orders, entering them into our ERP software   
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries   
  • Maintain strong relationships with our current client-base of over 30 clients.   

Skills and experience required 

  • Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Support role   
  • Proven ability to work well in busy environments and with strict time constraints   
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel   
  • Proven ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
