About the role 

Working directly with the Group Commercial Finance Manager & General Manager Operations, this vital position is completely accountable for the overall site financial performance with a variety of duties including;

  • Complete site financial performance accountability;
  • Driving efficiencies;
  • Capex reporting, budgeting and cash flow;
  • Full Absorption Costing;
  • Product costing;
  • Preparation of budgets;
  • Variance analysis;
  • Month end reporting;
  • Weekly analysis of factory performance;
  • Forecast and Analysis;
  • Accounts liaison and cash flow assistance;
  • Compliance reporting including assistance with end of year;
  • Stock take and Inventory compliance; and
  • Fixed Assets reconciliation and Accounting. 

About you 

As a proven analytical and commercial accounting professional, you will have:

  • Formal Education: degree qualified in accounting;
  • Qualifications: CPA or CA (can be working towards completing);
  • experience in a cost accounting capacity within a manufacturing environment;
  • Flexible with your ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
  • Proactive and a self starter;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across all business levels;
  • Advanced excel skills.
