Administrative Support Officer (Contract Management) - Head Office (Cannonvale)

NEATO Employment Services are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Contract Management Support team at Head Office in Cannonvale.

The Role

This is an exciting and rewarding position liaising closely with clients, assisting with the efficient operations of NEATO’s Contract Management Support team in the delivery of employment services contracts. The successful candidate will carry out duties including but not limited to;

  • Providing support across the business to ensure contract compliance requirements and operational performance targets for the company are met at all times;
  • Delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external personnel via the phone;
  • Extensive administrative tasks such as accurate data entry and use of Excel spread sheets;
  • Auditing and reviewing clients files to ensure they are compliant;
  • Reviewing and actioning sites audits with relevant documentary evidence;
  • Following the company’s corrective action request process with handling conflict situations;
  • Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Accurately maintaining databases and internal computer systems;
  • Maintenance and security of client files, amongst other tasks.


About You

As part of the Contract Management Support team, your proficient administration skills, effective communication and strong compliance-focus will assist in delivering quality employment services to achieve organisational objectives. Previous administration, contracts and/or compliance experience will be highly regarded.

You will be competent in the following role expectations:

  • Able to connect and engage with a diverse range of clients;
  • Ability to meet and exceed individual and team targets, with previous KPI experience;
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong administration skills, including the proficient use of MS Office (i.e. Excel, Outlook);
  • Understanding and adherence to privacy and confidentiality guidelines;
  • Target and timeline driven, with a high motivation to achieve;
  • Adaptable to work effectively both within a team environment and autonomously;
  • Ability to be organised, have strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic.
