Retail Program Account Management & Business Development

This responsible and interesting position will appeal to a professional who will enjoy growing retailer membership, whilst offering support to improve all aspects of services offered.

Your brief will include supporting, building relationships and liaison with your Produce Retailer clients.  This includes improving service levels, planning, reporting, managing programs, sharing marketing ideas/coordination and building continued membership growth throughout SE QLD. The ideal person will have some experience in Account Management, Business Development ideally gained in food/produce/services to the retail, franchise or related sector. A strong interest customer service and achieving business targets is required.

You’ll have clear communication and strong written skills, excellent organisational and administration ability and a can-do attitude. Computer skills are required and your creative ideas with exposure to use of social media platforms will be well regarded.
