Administrative Support Officer - Rockhampton

NEATO Employment Services are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our Rockhampton team to assist with clients E-Learning and training requirements.

The Role

This is a dynamic and rewarding position that allows you to work independently, and as part of a successful team to secure and maintain training opportunities for our clients to assist them in securing long term employment opportunities. The successful candidate will carry out duties including but not limited to;

  • Liaising with a range of clients across all streams when submitting enrolment forms, EF requests, submitting AAR hours and mentoring Job Seekers' through guidance and support with online training;
  • Supporting the delivery of ABRA online training;
  • Assisting the online commencement process for ABRA referrals;
  • Processing and monitoring agency referrals for ABRA training for online and face-to-face delivery;
  • Providing a high level of customer service to job seekers both face-to-face and over the phone;
  • Data entry of AAR hours in ESS, management of attendance reports etc.;
  • Prepare, schedule and provide on-line support to our clients;
  • Market training courses to Employment Specialists;
  • Monitor and manage job seeker referrals from Employment Specialists to assist meeting commencement and completion targets;
  • Maintaining and organising training facilities;
  • Liaising with RTO's and Head Office departments such as E-Learning;
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance client file notes into company databases;
  • Distribution of attendance and completion statistics to management.

 

About You

As part of the Rockhampton team, you will support the team with your excellent communication and people skills in delivering quality employment services to achieve organisational objectives. Recent administration, customer service and/or training experience will be highly regarded as will relevant business/training qualifications.

You will be competent in the following role expectations:

  • Able to connect and engage with a diverse range of clients;
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload and deliver exceptional customer service;
  • Strong administration skills, including the effective use of MS Office;
  • Target and timeline driven, with a high motivation to achieve agency outcomes;
  • Ability to use initiative in problem solving and conflict resolution;
  • Adaptable to work effectively both within a team environment and autonomously;
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to be organised, have strong attention to detail and time management skills;
  • Quickly adapt and learn company databases and systems;
  • Accurate data entry of client notes into industry specific computer systems;
  • Desire to advance career in employment services;
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, professionalism and a strong work ethic;
  • Understanding and adherence to privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
